Important Sale Policies
All sales are final. Please note that we do not offer refunds.
To maintain transparency, our listed prices include the average 2% fee charged by our credit card processor. If you prefer to avoid this fee, we offer alternate payment methods (Zelle, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Please contact us before checkout for details.
Services must be utilized within 3 months of signing up or payment.
A $50 fee will be charged if a service is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
Full payment is due before the first class unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance with our office. The remaining balance must be paid before your final class.
Accepted payment methods include credit cards, Zelle, Debit, and other approved forms of payment.
Submission of a form or inquiry does not guarantee acceptance or availability of services. All services are subject to approval, availability, and proper scheduling.
To ensure timely progress and availability, we recommend scheduling and completing all classes within 30 days of your first lesson.
DMV Test Service Policy
At Pegasus OK Driving School, we provide a comprehensive DMV test service, including pick-up/drop-off, a pre-test practice session, and vehicle rental for the exam. However, in cases where a scheduled test is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, the following policy applies:
Service Fee for Rescheduled Tests:
- If the DMV cancels the test due to weather, power outages, or other external factors beyond our control after we have already provided the scheduled practice session, the full-service fee will apply again when rescheduling.
- If the student provided incorrect information or did not properly schedule their appointment, requiring rescheduling, the full service fee will apply for the new appointment.
No-Show or Late Cancellations:
- If the student cancels last-minute or fails to show up, the service fee is non-refundable and must be paid again for a new appointment.
Verification Process:
- To minimize scheduling errors, we will verify each appointment with the DMV in advance. However, it remains the student’s responsibility to provide accurate information when booking.

What Happens After You Order
After placing your order, we’ll reach out within 24–48 hours. We’ll ask for a copy of your permit and confirmation of your DMV appointment. If you haven’t booked your appointment yet, don’t worry — we’ll call to schedule it for you within 48 hours of receiving your order.
