💸 Final Sale Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, as our fees are based on the work already performed and the costs incurred. Once services—like consultations, scheduling, or investigations—are provided, the service is considered complete, and no refunds will be issued if a client chooses to cancel midway.
However, in rare and exceptional situations where there's a significant service issue on our end, we may consider partial refunds. These will be reviewed case-by-case and require written documentation.
⏳ Service Usage Window
Services must be used within 3 months of signing up or making a payment.
❌ Cancellation Fee
$50 cancellation fee applies if an appointment is not canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Missed appointments or late cancellations may also result in the loss of your deposit.
💰Deposit Requirement
A minimum down payment of 20% of the total service price or $50, whichever is greater, is required to reserve any appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance and helps us hold your appointment time.

💳 Payment Policy
Unless alternative payment arrangements are made in advance with our office, full payment is required prior to the first class.
For DMV test services, full payment is required at least 48 hours before the day of your test and before the service is provided.
Accepted payment methods include credit cards, Zelle, Debit, and other approved forms of payment.
💵Credit Card Transaction Fees
Payments made by credit card will include a processing fee. This fee is charged by our payment processor and will be disclosed before payment is completed. By proceeding, you acknowledge and accept this charge.
🚗 Student License Policy
Student licenses issued by Pegasus OK Driving School are valid only for instruction with our school. These licenses cannot be transferred or used for training, testing, or services with any other driving school or instructor. Misuse of a student license may result in suspension of training privileges and forfeiture of associated fees.
✅ Rescheduled Tests
If the DMV cancels a test due to weather, power outages, or other external factors after a scheduled practice session has been provided, the full service fee will apply again when rescheduling.
📝 Incorrect Information / Improper Scheduling
If a student gives incorrect information or fails to properly schedule a test, requiring rescheduling, the full service fee applies to the new appointment.
🚫 No-Show or Late Cancellations
If the student cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or does not show up, the service fee is non-refundable and must be paid again to reschedule.
🔍 DMV Appointment Verification
We will verify DMV test appointments in advance. However, it is the student’s responsibility to provide accurate information when booking.
